Pitsmoor is an exciting place
to live. Culturally rich but economically poor, it is an inner-city area which has attracted much bad publicity. Yet most people who live here say they are happy to be here and have a sense of pride in the cultural diversity.

Pitsmoor is extremely diverse. This is a place of multiple cultures and many different faiths. There are a large number of churches active in the area as well as many mosques and a Sikh temple.
There is a feeling among many that things are changing for the better and there is an openness to the church as an agent of change.
